Lori worked for six years giving yoga sessions to the New York Red Bulls team…

…in Major League Soccer (MLS), and NYRB II in United Soccer League (USL) with Jesse Marsh and Chris Armas at the helm. A consistent yoga practice that includes meditation helps athletes with focus, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and staying present under pressure. She has also worked with the Princeton University Women’s Soccer Team and the Princeton High School Boys’ Freshman Soccer Team.
